Today was such a beautiful day. Did I not mention the wonderful, yet unpredictable, weather of Nebraska just two days ago? :-) Then, it was freezing and snowing. Today it is 58 and sunny. I had to go sit on the back patio for a little bit to soak up the warm sun, when I noticed how beautifully blue the sky was I decided that would be today's 366 blog. :-)

It was very interesting attempting to take a photo of the sky ... lol

As part of my effort to become a more healthier (lighter) version of me I've been working out in some manner every day as well as working to create better eating habits. Hence keeping my ear open for new and healthier (but still cheap) foods to make. So when my friend found this recipe and made it and then let me taste it...I was sold. Had to try it for myself and it was pretty good. And good for me! :-)

It consists of bananas, peanut butter, and cocoa (or Nutella) and is as good as ice cream without the calories! :-) Who wouldn't want that in a diet?!

Today ... it snowed!!! :-D I know, it's January. I should expect it. But the funny thing about Nebraska is just two days ago it was 69 and friends were grilling in their shorts. :-P I love our weather. :-)

Took a few photos of the snow but I like this photo better. :-) So you don't get to see any snow. lol Sorry. :-)

Today my sister, my mom, and I went crazy looking up a verse....

we never found it... But we aren't giving up! So I'll let you know what the verse is when one of us finds it! :-)

Oops...

Already missed a day...checked my camera and phone to see if I took a single photo of anything that I could post on here so at least there would be a photo...but no. I didn't take a single photo. *sigh* On to day 5.

A gift I received a few days ago. 

My Frog Prince. :-) Though I haven't tried kissing him yet ...

I don't generally care for frog items but this guy caught my eye. :-) I wonder why... ;-)
